With a view to reorienting Tramarsa's strategy towards the infrastructure sector, on February 12, 100% of the shares of Tramarsa Flota were sold to the company PSA Marine (Pte.) Ltd., the main towage operator. and pilotage in the country of Singapore.

Through Tramarsa Flota, the Tramarsa Group offered the towing, pilotage, launch and hydrocarbon operations businesses. With this sale, Tramarsa seeks to focus on the Maritime Agency and Port Operations businesses, and on the search for new business opportunities linked to the operations of private port facilities, in accordance with its new mission.
